2021, Family History, Raglands

Happy Fourth of July!

Today we celebrate the founding of our nation in 1776–245 years ago. I couldn’t think of a better time to launch a family history blog.

I’m a descendant of soldiers who fought in this war, primarily from Virginia through the Ragland Family Tree in particular. Or at least, that’s what I’ve discovered so far.

In the days ahead, I’ll share with you stories I’ve uncovered about my family and perhaps they’ll overlap with yours. This is what his-story is–stories.

Happy Independence Day America.

Do we share a leaf in common?

How does your family fit into this tree? Can you add your family history and stories into this tree? If so, contact me and let’s talk.

Or, do we share a leaf in common on our family trees? If you’d like to swap stories, please contact me.
